Just reach out to your Navigator or request an appointment below for an initial General Counseling session or a follow-up appointment tailored to your needs. Infertility Support Group
Every 4th Wednesday of the Month | 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm PST

Whether you are at the beginning of your journey or have been navigating this path for some time, our support group is here to offer understanding, support, and practical strategies to help you through. A safe and nurturing space hosted by our experienced mental health provider, Monica Ochoa, LCSW, our monthly infertility support group is designed to provide compassionate guidance and peer support for individuals and couples navigating the complexities of infertility.
Monica brings a wealth of expertise in counseling and mental health services, creating an environment where you can share experiences, manage grief, and find ways to cope with the emotional aspects of infertility treatment. Monica Ochoa, LCSW
Monica Ochoa LCSW is a bilingual licensed clinical social worker with 12+ years of experience. She works with diverse populations, utilizing evidence-based practices and mindfulness to empower clients on their fertility journey. Her personal experience as an IVF patient adds empathy and understanding. Monica provides personalized assessments, consultations, and ongoing care, ensuring the highest quality support for individuals in their fertility journey.
